NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA COUNTY OF CAMDEN ORDINANCE NO. 10-2026 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BOROUGH OFF-DUTY POLICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATION OF OFF-DUTY POLICE ASSIGNMENTS Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 10-2026 establishing a uniform procedure governing off-duty police employment within the Borough was introduced and passed on first reading at a Meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, held on July 16, 2026. The Ordinance will be considered for final passage after a public hearing, as prescribed by law, at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia to be held on August 20, 2026 at 7:00PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached. Copies of the full ordinance may be obtained at no cost at the Office of the Municipal Clerk during normal business hours for the week prior to the public hearing.
