NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA COUNTY OF CAMDEN ORDINANCE NO. 08-2026 AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA TO ADDRESS AIRSOFT GUNS, GEL BLASTER, BB GUNS AND OTHER PROJECTILE DEVICES IN MUNICIPAL PARKS AND RECREATIONAL SPACES Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 08-2026 addressing the use of airsoft guns, gel blasters, BB guns. Replica firearms and similar devices in public recreational areas was introduced and passed on first reading at a Meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, held on May 21, 2026. The Ordinance will be considered for final passage after a public hearing, as prescribed by law, at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia to be held on June 3, 2026, at 7:00PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached. Copies of the full ordinance may be obtained at no cost at the Office of the Municipal Clerk during normal business hours for the week prior to the public hearing.
