NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA COUNTY OF CAMDEN ORDINANCE NO.06-2026 AUTHORIZING THE 5-YEAR SPECIAL EMERGENCY FOR THE COMPLETE REVALUATION OF THE BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA AS ORDERED BY THE CAMDEN COUNTY BOARD OF TAXATION ON RESOLUTION #17 OF 2025 Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 06-2026, to make an Emergency Appropriation for the Revaluation (Extraordinary Expenses) was introduced and passed on first reading at a Meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, held on May 6, 2026. The Ordinance will be considered for final passage after a public hearing, as prescribed by law, at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia to be held on June 3, 2026 at 7:00PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached. Copies of the full ordinance may be obtained at no cost at the Office of the Municipal Clerk during normal business hours for the week prior to the public hearing.
