NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA COUNTY OF CAMDEN ORDINANCE NO. 07-2026 IMPOSING A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM ON SHORT-TERM RESIDENTIAL RENTALS DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2026 Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 07-2026 temporarily prohibiting short term rentals was introduced and passed on first reading at a Meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, held on May 6, 2026. The Ordinance will be considered for final passage after a public hearing, as prescribed by law, at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Magnolia to be held on June 3, 2026, at 7:00PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter is reached. Copies of the full ordinance may be obtained at no cost at the Office of the Municipal Clerk during normal business hours for the week prior to the public hearing.
