NOTICE OF DECISION Township of Hopewell (Mercer County) Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 28, 2026, the Township of Hopewell (Mercer County) Planning Board (the “Board”) adopted Resolution No. 26-02 (the “Resolution”) memorializing its decision to grant the application of CF Hopewell CC&L LLC (“Applicant”) for preliminary and final major subdivision approval (the “Application”), with respect to property located at 445 Scotch Road, Titusville (Hopewell Township), Mercer County, New Jersey, the same of which is designated as Block 93.11, Lot 89 on the official Tax Map and Tax Duplicate of the Township of Hopewell (the “Property”). The Property is approximately 34.64 acres. As set forth in the Resolution, the Board approved Applicant’s Application to subdivide the Property into two (2) new lots. Lot 89.01 will measure approximately 16.065 acres, and Lot 89.02 will measure approximately 34.644 acres. The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board located the Office of Community Development, Hopewell Township Municipal Building, 201 Washington Crossing Pennington Road, Titusville NJ, 08560 and are available for public inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.
