NOTICE OF BID Township of Lawrence County of Mercer Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received and publicly opened and read at the Lawrence Township Municipal Building, Lower Conference Room, 2207 Lawrence Road, Lawrence Township NJ 08648 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time on June 4, 2026, for the project known as Bid No. 26-07 2025 NJDOT Trust Fund Improvements Brunswick Pike Pedestrian Safety Improvements. The bid shall provide for the improvements of the FY 2025 NJDOT Trust Fund Improvements Brunswick Pike Pedestrian Safety Improvements in the Township of Lawrence, Mercer County, New Jersey, as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on June 16, 2026, subject to the availability of funds. The completion of the project shall be 60 working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. It is anticipated that work will commence on or about July 6, 2026. All work must be completed by September 30, 2026. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
