NOTICE LONGSWAMP TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY ZONING HEARING BOARD TO THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF LONGSWAMP TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Longswamp Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania shall conduct a public hearing on February 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, in the Longswamp Township Municipal Building located at 1112 State Street, Mertztown, Berks County, Pennsylvania 19539-9101. The matter to be considered is the Application of 055 MV LLC, seeking variances from § 602.1 (c)-Residential Accessory Buildings, Structures, and uses, § 425- Area, Yard and Height Regulations and any other relief that may become evident, all being relief pursuant to the terms of the Longswamp Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended. Specifically, the Applicant requests the aforesaid relief to construct various sheds on various lots on the property that do not strictly comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The property which is the subject of this application is located at between Walker Road and State Street in Longswamp Township, Pennsylvania, 19562 in Longswamp Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, bearing Property ID No. 59549203401392.
