NOTICE AND AGENDA IS GIVEN that the Malvern Borough Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on February 23, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, at Borough Hall, 1 East First Avenue, Malvern, Pennsylvania. The Zoning Hearing Board will take testimony and, if appropriate, render a decision on the application of Jeff and Kaitlyn O’Donnell Jr. (the “Applicants”) who seek a variance from Section 220-2501.D.(6) of the Malvern Borough Zoning Ordinance, and such other relief as may be required, in order to demolish an existing residence and construct a new dwelling, garage and driveway on corner-lot property located at 107 Prospect Avenue/128 Monument Avenue, being Tax Parcel Nos. 2-7-7 and 2-7-8, located in the R3a Residential Zoning District. The above application is available for public inspection at Borough Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any person affected by the application who makes timely appearance of record before the Board at the hearing, and any other person or community organization permitted to appear by the Board, may become parties to the proceedings.
