NOTICE THE WEST CALN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at the West Caln Township Building, 721 West Kings Highway, Wagontown, Pennsylvania, to hear the following: THE APPLICATION OF BEN AND MARIAN STOLTZFUS. The property is UPI #28-7-27, also known as 130 Beacon Light Road. The property is owned by the Applicants and is located in the RR – Rural Residential District of the Township. The subject parcel totals approximately 0.6095 acres and is currently improved with a single-family detached dwelling, driveway, and storage shed. The Applicants seek a special exception pursuant to §350-1504.A(3)(Nonconforming lots) of the West Caln Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a home addition to the existing dwelling which will encroach approximately 20 feet into the 50 foot required rear yard setback; and any other relief that may be necessary. The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it. All persons desiring to be heard may attend and be heard.
