Philadelphia Ave., Boyertown, PA 19512, until 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on April 6, 2026 for the following: Sealed Proposals for Approximately: 4231 SY – construct Double Bituminous Seal Coat as per PUB 408 Sec. 470. Contractor is required to contact Colebrookdale Township for a pre-bid meeting with the Roadmaster. Please call 610-369-1220 to schedule this meeting. Bituminous Price Adjustment as per Pub 408 Section 110.04. Bidders are required to be PennDOT prequalified for work specified. Proof of Prequalification is required with bid submittal. Sealed Proposals will be opened at the Township Municipal Building, 765 W. Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown, PA 19512 at 11:00 am on April 6, 2026.
