NOTICE Per Chapter 390, Article XXIX of the Code of the Township of West Vincent, as amended, the West Vincent Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7pm on May 20, 2026, at the West Vincent Township building, 729 St. Matthews Rd, Chester Springs, PA to hold a public hearing and potentially render a decision on the following matter: Application 2026-01 Ludwigs Corner Fire Company No. 1, record owner of property 1325 Pottstown Pike, Glenmoore PA, 19343, identified as TPN 25-6-1.1, in the Municipal District, seeks variances from Section 390-127 specifically the definition of “directional signs, off-site” to allow an off-site sign that identifies the location of a residential community, where such signage is otherwise permitted to only provide direction to civic or service clubs, churches, schools, nonprofit organizations or other public or quasi-public sites or facilities; and Section 390-131.R(2) to allow a 14 square foot off site directional sign, where such sign shall otherwise not exceed three square feet in area; and in the alternative, a variance from Section 390-127, specifically the definition of “identification sign,” to allow an identification sign to be located on a different parcel from the use it advertises, where it is otherwise required to be on the same premises. Application may be examined at the Township Building, 729 St. Matthews Rd., Chester Springs, M-F 8:30a.- 4:30p.
