NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Amity Township Zoning Hearing Board shall hold a public hearing on April 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Township building, 2004 Weavertown Road, Douglassville, PA 19518. The hearing is to consider the application of Demeter Capital, LLC for the property located at the northwest corner of Hill Road and Route 422 West (Benjamin Franklin Highway) in Amity Township, PA 19518, 10.75 acres (Property ID 24535411663410). Applicant requests variance relief under Zoning Ordinance Sections 32-505 (Steep Slope disturbance) and 32-1105(a)(6) (Required Construction 1 Year Limit). Applicant intends to establish a storage unit development on the property, with access from Route 422 West. Copies of the application may be examined at the Township building (address above) without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the copying cost thereof.
