The hearing is to consider the application of Demeter Capital, LLC for the property located at the northwest corner of Hill Road and Route 422 West (Benjamin Franklin Highway) in Amity Township, PA 19518, 10.75 acres (Property ID 24535411663410). Applicant requests variance relief under Zoning Ordinance Sections 32-505 (Steep Slope disturbance) and 32-1105(a)(6) (Required Construction 1 Year Limit). Applicant intends to establish a storage unit development on the property, with access from Route 422 West.
