NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that a Conditional Use Hearing will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 3:30 PM in the Township Administration Building 2nd Floor Board Room, 75 E. Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore to consider a Conditional Use Plan for 768 Mt. Moro Road, Villanova, PA 19085, Ward 6. The applicant is seeking Conditional Use approval for the installation of additional impervious coverage related to construction on a Class II Historic Resource. These changes increase the impervious surface limits to 24.7% (1,177 sq. ft), which is above the LDR2 Zoning District limit of 21%. The request is subject to the following Zoning Code provisions: • §155-7.1(H)(1): Allows up to a 15% increase in impervious surface and setback standards for properties containing Class I or Class II Historic Resources, with a recommendation from the Historical Commission and conditional use approval from the Board of Commissioners — for 1,006 sq. ft. of impervious surface. • §155-7.1(H)(5): Provides the Board of Commissioners authority to grant additional relief by conditional use when necessary to support the preservation of the historic resource — for 171 sq. ft. of impervious surface. The property is located in the LDR2 Zoning District and contains a Class II Historic Resource.
