NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, to be held on Thursday April 9, 2026, at the Township Building, 616 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444, at 6:30 PM, the Board of Supervisors will consider, and if appropriate, enact, an ordinance, the title and a summary of which are as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF WHITEMARSH TOWNSHIP AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14 MARPLE LANE, PLYMOUTH MEETING, PENNSYLVANIA 19462, MONTGOMERY COUNTY PARCEL I.D. NO. 65-00-01234-02-4 If enacted, the ordinance will authorize the Township Manager and the Township Solicitor to take all actions necessary to bid the real property known as 14 Marple Lane, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 for sale by Whitemarsh Township. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection and copying at the Whitemarsh Township Building, 616 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444, the offices of this newspaper, and the Montgomery County Law Library all during regular business hours.
