NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Cheltenham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, at its regularly-scheduled public meeting on March 18, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. (prevailing time), held both via Zoom web conference and in person at Curtis Hall, 1250 West Church Road, Wyncote, Pennsylvania, 19095, will hold a public hearing to hear public comment on and to consider and possibly vote to approve a request by Capperini, LLC, for transfer of a restaurant liquor license from the Municipality of Norristown to Cheltenham Township for the property located at 137 S. Easton Road, Glenside, PA 19038. Public participation is available via Zoom (please see agenda posted on Township website, www.cheltenhampa.gov, for Zoom information), as well as via email sent to alupino@cheltenhampa.gov no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Copies of the full text of the proposed ordinances are available for examination during normal business hours at the offices of Times Herald, 410 Markley Street, Lansdale, PA 19406, and the Montgomery County Law Library, Court House, Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401.
