NOTICE Per Chapter 390, Article XXIX of the Code of the Township of West Vincent, as amended, the West Vincent Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7pm on March 31, 2026, at the West Vincent Township Building, 729 St. Matthews Road, Chester Springs, PA to hold a meeting to discuss and potentially formally act upon a proposed settlement on the following matter: Application 2025-02 – Cellco Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, Owner in Equity of a portion of the property located at 1451 Pughtown Road, TPN 25-5-4, in the RM Residential Mix District. The Board will also elect its officers. Application and proposed settlement may be examined at the Township Building, 729 Saint Matthews Road, Chester Springs, M-F, 8:30a to 4:30p. At the time of the hearing any person or party interested will have opportunity to be heard.
