NORRISTOWN AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT 401 N. Whitehall Road, Norristown, PA 19403 PROJECT: NASD Norristown Area High School Addition and Renovation The Norristown Area School District is soliciting bids for the Norristown Area High School Addition and Renovation. All Bids must be in sealed envelopes, clearly marked to identify the project being bid, and hand-delivered or delivered by traceable means no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, to Norristown Area School District, 401 N. Whitehall Road, Norristown, PA 19403, Attn: Mr. Jeffrey Cardwell. The Bids will be read publicly aloud soon after 3:00 PM. Electronic or faxed bids will not be accepted. No award of the contract will be made at the bid opening. This is a solicitation for the following contracts: Contract 1 General Construction Contract 2 Fire Protection Construction Contract 3 Plumbing Construction Contract 4 Electrical Construction A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting and site walk will be held on April 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Please use the main lobby entrance at the Norristown Area High School located at 1900 Eagle Drive, Norristown, PA 19403. A brief meeting will be held in the Auditorium, followed by an optional site visit. Drawings, specifications, and addenda may be viewed online via Procore and downloaded (free of charge) by all Prime Bidders as well as their subcontractors and vendors upon registering. All bidders are advised that they use these documents contained on Procore at their own risk and are expected to check periodically for any addenda or revisions that may he posted.
