NEW JERSEY WATER SUPPLY AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The New Jersey Water Supply Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Technical Proposals for the following project: CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE SWAN CREEK CULVERT AND AQUEDUCT ON THE DELAWARE AND RARITAN CANAL CITY OF LAMBERTVILLE, HUNTERDON COUNTY NEW JERSEY SOLICITATION RFP WSA-R26029 A copy of the Request for Proposals for this project can be found at http://www.njwsa.org/procurement. The NJWSA’s Selection Committee will evaluate the Statements of Qualifications and Technical Proposals using the following list of criteria: Approach presented in the Technical Proposal including a schedule for the proposed work; Specific relevant experience and technical competence of the personnel proposed for the project in their designated role and responsibility; Record of satisfactory performance by the firm and proposed subcontractors, if any, on similar projects. This record should establish the ability to properly manage the contract including project costs, quality control and completion of the work on schedule; and Location of the firm and home office location of key personnel. Bidders are required to comply with the State of New Jersey Business Registration Certification Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, Affirmative Action Compliance Requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27), Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.14), and the Pay to Play Prohibitions and Political Contribution Disclosure Requirements (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 et seq.
