NARBERTH BOROUGH 100 Conway Ave Narberth, PA 19072 Sealed bids will be received by Narberth Borough, electronically through PennBID until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 18th day of August 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly read for: CONTRACT No. 2026-02 2026 STORMWATER BUMPOUTS All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at PennBID (www.pennbid.net) by clicking on the “Access Projects on the Active Bidding Site” tab. The names of those who have secured plans/specifications may be obtained at PennBid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves the installation of stormwater bumpouts, curb and sidewalk replacement, and a new curb ramp within the public right-of-way in Narberth Borough. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
