MERCER COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING RFP FOR WIOA OSY PROGRAMS Public Notice in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq., is hereby given that on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 by 12:00 noon (Prevailing time) Mercer County, will accept Competitive Contracting proposals for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA) Out of School Youth (OSY) Programs for Program Year 2026, contract period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and Program Year 2027, contract period July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028. The County of Mercer is seeking proposals for the purpose of providing Employment Directed Activities that will equip WIOA OSY recipients with the tools and skills necessary to become employed. All services must be available in person only. Virtual/hybrid services will be reserved for those who fall under the WDB RFP exceptions. A Technical Assistance Workshop is scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026 at 10:00 am at the Mercer County One Stop, 26 Yard Avenue, Trenton, NJ. Attendance is mandatory for all respondents. Consideration of awards will be given to the proposals most beneficial to the program, with the highest-ranking scores, and with price and other factors considered.
