Legal Notice Upper Pottsgrove Township Zoning Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with §350-166 of the Upper Pottsgrove Township Zoning Ordinance of 1976, as amended, of a Hearing before the Upper Pottsgrove Township Zoning Hearing Board on April 22, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Upper Pottsgrove Township Offices, 1441 Laura Lane, Pottstown, PA on Application #ZHB-01-2026 of 994 Commerce Drive, LLC of 1516 N. 5th Street, Suite 507, Philadelphia, PA, regarding the property at 994 Commerce Drive & 0 Delaware Avenue, Upper Pottsgrove Township, Pottstown, PA, being parcel numbers 60-00-02821-008 & 60-00-02821-017 in the L-I Limited Industrial District requesting special exceptions from §350-18 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit development of an existing lot for which access to a public road is by a relatively narrow strip of land, §350-41.C, D and G, and §350-42.A and B of the Zoning Ordinance to permit portions of sanitary sewers, storm sewers and stormwater basins within steep slope areas, to permit underground utility transmission lines within steep slope areas, and to permit a portion of the improvements and access driveways, parking and retaining walls within steep slope areas, and §350-54.E and G of the Zoning Ordinance to permit detention basins, storm sewers and grading within the Floodplain Conservation District, to allow the construction of four 4-story apartment buildings.
