Fifth Avenue, Royersford, PA, in the O-R Office-Residence Zoning District. The Applicant is seeking Conditional Use approval pursuant to § 475-128.G and § 475-130 of the Royersford Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit installation of a digital sign. A copy of the Conditional Use Application and related materials are available for examination by the public at Royersford Borough Hall during regular business hours.
