Legal Notice PERKIOMEN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Article IV Section 310-15 of the Perkiomen Township Zoning Ordinance of 1960, as amended by Comprehensive Amendment enacted December 17, 2019, as amended, of a Hearing before the Perkiomen Township Zoning Hearing Board on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 7:30 P.M., at the Perkiomen Township Building, 1 Trappe Road, Collegeville, Pennsylvania, to consider the following: Application No. 26-02 of M&H Development, LLC, owner of the property located at 81 Rahns Road, Perkiomen Township, located in the IN Industrial District for variances from Article IV, §310-21 to allow up to 5 years to obtain permits; Article XXI, §310-168 to legalize the 2 existing uses: office with storage and non-conforming single family residence; Article XXI, §310-171.B.(3) to permit a principal building less than 100’ from adjacent residential zoning district; Article XXI, §310-171.B.(4) to permit parking area less than 50’ from adjacent residential zoning district; and Article XXI, §310-171.C.(4) to permit a maximum building height in excess of 15’ at the property. Anyone interested in reviewing the Application and Plan may review this information in the Township Office at the Perkiomen Township Building, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
