Legal Notice PERKIOMEN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Article IV Section 310-15 of the Perkiomen Township Zoning Ordinance of 1960, as amended by Comprehensive Amendment enacted December 17, 2019, as amended, of a Hearing before the Perkiomen Township Zoning Hearing Board on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 7:30 P.M., at the Perkiomen Township Building, 1 Trappe Road, Collegeville, Pennsylvania, to consider the following: Application No. 26-01 of Jonathan Hoover, owner of the property located at 827 Limerick Road, Perkiomen Township, in the R-1 Low Density Residential District for a special exception pursuant to Article VIII, §310-44.B.2 to permit a private detached garage in excess of 1,000 sq. ft. at the property.
