Legal Advertisement The Douglass Township, Montgomery County Board of Supervisors will accept sealed bids for Municipal Waste/Recycling Collection before Monday, June 1, 2026 at 12:00p.m., when the bids will be opened at the Douglass Township Administration Building, 1320 East Philadelphia Avenue, Gilbertsville, Pa. 19525. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the same location on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 10:00a.m. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier’s check must accompany the Bid in accordance with the instructions to Bidders. Bids will then be reviewed by Township staff. Bids are intended to be awarded on Monday, June 15, 2026 after 7:00p.m. at the regularly scheduled Douglass Township Board of Supervisors meeting. The complete Solicitation, including Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Forms, Qualification Questionnaire, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Letter of Credit, and Contract may be obtained at the Douglass Township Administration Building located at 1320 East Philadelphia Avenue, Gilbertsville, PA 19525 Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. All proposals shall be sealed, and marked “Bid for Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection”.
