LEGAL NOTICE FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO THE PENNSYLVANUA SECOND-CLASS TOWNSHIP CODE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Whitemarsh Township (the “Township”) requests sealed bids pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Second-Class Township Code in connection with the sale of approximately 0.484 acres of land, more or less, located at 14 Marple Lane, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462, Montgomery County Tax Parcel No. 65-00-01234-02-4. The sale of the above-mentioned land has been authorized by the Board of Supervisors in accordance with Ordinance No. 1053 duly enacted at a public meeting on April 9, 2026. All bids, whether delivered or sent by mail, must be received in the bid opening room on or before 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The bid opening room is located at the Whitemarsh Township Building, 616 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444.
