LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF WEST CONSHOHOCKEN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the West Conshohocken Borough Hall located at 112 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, PA 19428, the Council of the Borough of West Conshohocken shall hold a Public Hearing and immediately thereafter a Public Meeting to consider adoption of the following Ordinance entitled: ----------------------------------- A WEST CONSHOHOCKEN BOROUGH ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WEST CONSHOHOCKEN BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADDING A DEFINITION OF COMPUTER DATA CENTER TO CHAPTER 113, ARTICLE II, SECTION 113-10; PERMITTING COMPUTER DATA CENTER AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE HI HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT AT CHAPTER 113, ARTICLE XII, SECTION 113-68; AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 113-69.1 ENTITLED “DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONAL USE STANDARDS FOR COMPUTER DATA CENTER” TO CHAPTER 113, ARTICLE XII WHICH ESTABLISHES DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR COMPUTER DATA CENTERS, CONDITIONAL USE STANDARDS FOR COMPUTER DATA CENTERS IN THE HI HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES ----------------------------------- This Ordinance contains the following sections and is summarized as follows: Section I is entitled “Amendments of The West Conshohocken Borough Zoning Ordinance” which amends Chapter 113 entitled “Zoning” of the West Conshohocken Borough Code for the purposes of adding a definition of “Computer Data Center” in Article II, Section 113-10; permitting a Computer Data Center as a conditional use in the HI Heavy Industrial District in Article XII, Section 113-68; and adding a new section 113-69.1 entitled “Development Regulations and Conditional Use Standards for Computer Data Center” in Article XII which establishes development regulations for Computer Data Centers; conditional use standards for Computer Data Centers in the HI Heavy Industrial District; and violations and penalties. Section II is entitled “Repealer.” Section III is entitled “Revisions.” Section IV is entitled “Failure to Enforce Not a Waiver.” Section V is entitled “Severability.” Section VI is entitled “Effective Date.” A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance summarized above is on file and available for examination by the public at The Times Herald, 390 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA 19341, at the Montgomery County Law Library, Montgomery County Court House, Lower Level, P.O.
