LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider for adoption, an ordinance of which this notice is a summary, amending Chapter 145 Contractors, of the Radnor Code of Ordinances, by establishing a new subsection 14 to create a process for waiving building permit fees provided an applicant complies with Sections 145-8 through 145-13 of the Township’s Responsible Contractor Ordinance. The public hearing will be on February 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Radnor Township Municipal Building located at 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087. Copies of the full text of the proposed Ordinance are available at the Township offices, the Delaware County Law Library, and the offices of this newspaper during normal business hours.
