LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Pikeland Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Township Building, 1158 Rapps Dam Road, Phoenixville PA, to consider Appeal 2026-04: Application of on behalf of Citizens Bank, requesting a Variance from sections 1903.2.A and 1903.2.B of East Pikeland Zoning Ordinance of 2002, as amended, or any other relief deemed necessary regarding the erection of a sign monument on the property. The existing property is located at 510 Kimberton Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460, identified as tax parcel 26-3-120.1 located in the C, Commercial Zoning District. This application is available for in-person review at the Township Building during normal business hours.
