Plumstead Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church – The Church is seeking a Variance of section 330-15 Storage sheds shall not be bigger than 100 Sq feet. Whereas the shed erected is 25 X 13 = 325 Sq feet. Setback requirements as per section 330-26 Accessory Uses and Structures D. (2) states that Accessory structures be at least 3 feet from any side lot line whereas the shed erected is 1’5” from the side lot line.
