INVITATION TO BID Rose Tree Elementary School Serving Line Equipment The Rose Tree Media School District is hereby soliciting vendors to submit bids for: Rose Tree Elementary School Serving Line Equipment supply and installation. Rose Tree Media School District Food Service Department, serving 6 schools (K-12), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and installation of high-quality, energy-efficient, and durable food service equipment. We are looking for equipment that will enhance the quality and efficiency of our meal preparation and service, improve student satisfaction, and comply with all applicable USDA regulations. All bids shall be submitted on the enclosed district forms. The sealed bid proposal package should also include: • A Bid Bond or Certified/Cashier’s Check for 10% of the total bid price. • Completed and Notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit AND Vendor’s Qualification Statement. • 2 Signed copies (1 original and 1 photocopy) The Rose Tree Media School District is exempt from Pennsylvania state sales tax. There will be an in person pre-bid meeting and site tour on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Rose Tree Elementary School, 1101 First Ave., Media PA, 19063. Meet in the main office lobby to sign in with a driver’s license. Bidders must register with the School District prior to receiving the Project Specifications. Bidders shall email Dennis Cini, Manager of Capital Projects, at dcini@ccis.net. Bidders must indicate name and address of their Company, contact name and contact email. Upon completion of registration, Bidders will be sent via email the Project Specifications. Questions regarding the bid shall be emailed to dcini@ccis.net. Sealed bids will be accepted for Rose Tree Elementary School Serving Line Equipment Bid until June 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Olive Street Media, PA 19063. The bids will be publicly opened on June 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM. THE DISTRICT WILL BE USING FEDERAL FUNDS TO COMPLETE THIS PURCHASE.
