INVITATION TO BID A/C Upgrade at Indian Lane Elementary School & Media Elementary School For the Rose Tree Media School District Sealed Proposals will be received by Rose Tree Media School District for Mechanical Construction, General Construction, and Electrical Construction at Indian Lane Elementary and Media Elementary Schools. Projects to include a mechanical system renovation and upgrade for air conditioning that includes new piping, ductwork, mechanical units, etc. as well as associated ceiling, cabinetry, etc replacement and electrical work that is required per drawings. Proposals shall be addressed to Dr. Vanessa Scott, Secretary to the Board, at 308 North Olive Street, Media, PA, 19063. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM, November 21, 2025. Bidding Documents will be available Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Bidders must register with the Architect prior to receiving Bidding Documents. Bidders shall email Allison Klingler at allison@gkoarchitects.com. Bidders must indicate name and address of their Company, work discipline, contact name and contact email. Upon completion of registration, Bidders will be given a link to access the documents. Questions regarding the bid shall be emailed using RFI format (Request For Information) to allison@gkoarchitects.com. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Indian Lane Elementary School, 309 S Old Middletown Road, Media, PA. There will be a general meeting at Indian Lane to go over project scope before visiting the next school.
