FOUNDATION ACADEMIES BOARD OF TRUSTEES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Foundation Academy Charter School is requesting proposals for the operation of the Charter School’s Food Service Management Program for FY 2026-2027. In accordance with New Jersey Department of Agriculture Regulations, proposals may only be submitted by Food Service Management Companies registered with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. The deadline for this submission of proposals will be 10:00 AM, April 22, 2026; Questions will be accepts no later than April 10, 2026. No late proposals will be accepted.
