DOWNINGTOWN BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Downingtown, Chester County, PA, will meet on Tuesday, May 19th at 7:30 p.m. at Borough Hall, 4 West Lancaster Avenue, to consider: Application ZHB 26-002: Greg & Ruth Mattioni, for property located at 509 Sunset Drive Downingtown, PA, is seeking approval to build a 30’ by 40’ detached garage and seeks a variance from Section 287-24 D to exceed the maximum 15% impervious surface, and a variance from Section 287-74 to exceed the 15’ height limit. All who wish may attend and be heard.
