All Bids must be in sealed envelopes, clearly marked to identify the project being bid, and hand delivered or delivered by traceable means no later than 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to Cheltenham School District, Attn: Josh Sweigard, Director of Business Services, 2000 Ashbourne Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027. Glenside Elementary School New Additions: Contract 1 - General Construction Contract 2 - Plumbing Construction Contract 3 - HVAC Construction Contract 4 - Electrical Construction Cedarbrook Middle School Renovations and New Additions: Contract 1 - General Construction Contract 2 - Plumbing Construction Contract 3 - HVAC Construction Contract 4 - Electrical Construction A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting and site walk of both schools will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Bidders will meet at the entrance of Cedarbrook Middle School located at 300 Longfellow Avenue, Wyncote, PA 19095. Attendees will sign-in and receive security identification. Please bring your driver’s license. A brief meeting will be held in the Cedarbrook Library, followed by an optional site visit. After the meeting and site visit at Cedarbrook, the bidders will travel to Glenside Elementary located at 400 Harrison Avenue, Glenside, PA 19038 for a 2:30 PM site visit. Drawings, specifications, and addenda may be viewed on-line via Procore and downloaded (free of charge) by all Prime Bidders as well as their subcontractors and vendors upon registering. All bidders are advised that they use these documents contained on Procore at their own risk and are expected to check periodically for any addenda or revisions that may be posted.
