Miller encumbering the real property located at 14 Briar Drive, Milford, MA 01757 and recorded with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds in Book 32307, Page 94, be equitably discharged. WHEREAS it appears to the Court from the Verified Complaint filed in this civil action that no one can find you or your corporate officers and directors, and that no personal service of the Verified Complaint may be made upon you, it is ORDERED, pursuant to G.l. c. 240, s. 7, that notice of this suit be given to the defendant by publishing, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, in The Trentonian newspaper.
