CITY OF TRENTON – NOTICE Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Trenton, NJ, held on April 7, 2026, the following ordinances were introduced and read, and passed on first reading: 26-024ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO DISPOSITION AGREEMENT AND THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTIES TO VISTA CENTER DEVELOPMENT, LLC 26-036ORDINANCE RESCINDING THE SALE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 44 BOUDINOT STREET AND IDENTIFIED ON THE CITY TAX MAP AS BLOCK 2602, LOT 22 TO UVAY TRIVEDI The said ordinances will be further considered for final passage by said City Council at a meeting of that body to be held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 319 E. State Street, Trenton, NJ, on April 21, 2026 at the hour of 5:30 p.m., prevailing time, at which place and time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said ordinance. Copies of the introduced ordinance(s) are available in the Clerk’s Office or on the City’s website. Objections in writing to the passage of the said ordinances should be filed with the City Clerk at or before the time fixed for the final consideration of said ordinance.
