Bid Notice – Sealed proposals will be received by East Bradford Township until Noon on Friday, May 1, 2026 at the Township Building, 676 Copeland School Road, West Chester, PA 19380, for furnishing the following to the Township: Pavement Markings as specified in the individual contract documents. Fuel as specified in the individual contract documents. Road Resurfacing Project as specified in the individual contract documents. This bid specification requires prevailing wage. Bid documents and general specifications may be obtained at https://www.eastbradford.org/Bids.aspx. Bid documents can also be obtained by emailing jmccool@eastbradford.org or picked up at the Township Building, Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Bids must be on PennDOT forms furnished by the Township, in a sealed envelope with the name of the item bid clearly marked on the envelope. Each bid to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check as specified in the individual bids. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor exceptions to the specifications which in the opinion of the Township do not affect the overall performance of the material or equipment to be furnished. Quantities are approximate and do not represent a guaranteed minimum required purchase. Bonds and insurance will be required of the successful bidders as specified by PennDOT regulations. Bids will be opened and read at 12:15 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026 in the Township Building. Bid results may be considered by the Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting, Thursday May 7, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Township Building.
