BOYERTOWN AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT Boyertown, PA 19512 The Boyertown Area School District is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of: CAFETERIA EQUIPMENT. Bids must meet or exceed the specifications contained in the District’s official bid packet. Bid packets and required forms are available for download at the District website under the “Business and Finance” department, or may be requested directly by emailing Cheryl Clinton at cclinton@boyertownasd.org. A mandatory walk-through of all building cafeterias is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Please reference the bid packet for more information. Sealed bids must be received no later than: Tuesday, July 14, 2026, on or by 1:00 PM, at Boyertown Area School District, Food Service Office, 911 Montgomery Avenue, Boyertown, PA 19512. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Cafeteria Equipment Bid – Do Not Open”. Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately following the deadline. The Boyertown Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the District.
