BOROUGH OF ST. LAWRENCE, BERKS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the governing body of the St. Lawrence Borough, Berks County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2026, at 7:30 PM, with the regular monthly council meeting to follow. The hearing will take place at the St. Lawrence Municipal Building located at 135 N Prospect St., Reading, PA 19606 PURPOSE OF THE HEARING The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment and consider a resolution to formally adopt the SEAD (St. Lawrence, Exeter, Amity, and Douglass) Joint Comprehensive Plan. The comprehensive plan is a long-term policy guide intended to direct future growth, housing, transportation, and resource conservation across the participating municipalities. AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS A full copy of the proposed Joint Comprehensive Plan is available for public inspection and review during normal business hours at the St. Lawrence Municipal Building M-T: 8:30a-2:30p, F: 8:30a-12:00p 135 N Prospect St., Reading, PA 19606 All interested citizens, residents, and property owners are invited to attend the Public Hearing on August 13, 2026, at 7:30 PM, and will be given the opportunity to provide oral or written testimony regarding the proposed adoption.
