BOROUGH OF MAGNOLIA 438 WEST EVESHAM AVENUE MAGNOLIA, NEW JERSEY 08049 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Magnolia in the County of Camden, State of New Jersey, intends to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement awarded to VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialists, under Contract Number: 122123-RVG, with a maturity date of February 28th, 2028, for the purchase of a 2026 Ford Transit T-350 3.5L Ecoboost V6 AEV Type II Ambulance. Information regarding the contract can be found at Sourcewell website at Cooperative Contract/Contract Documentation (Sourcewell - AEV: Emergency Vehicle Excellence). The Borough of Magnolia anticipates joining the VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialist contract on May 21, 2026. The VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialist contract term is May 22, 2026 until the ambulance is delivered to the Borough. It is the intent of the Borough of Magnolia to make a contract award to VCI Emergency Vehicle Specialist 43 Jefferson Avenue, Berlin, NJ 08009, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell request for proposals. The Borough of Magnolia is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
