BOROUGH OF HOPEWELL NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD HEARING TAKE NOTICE that on August 5, 2026, the Hopewell Borough Planning Board (the “Board”) adopted Resolution PB#2026-06 (the “Resolution”) which memorialized the following action taken by the Board at its meeting held on June 10, 2026, with respect to the property known as 57 Hamilton Avenue and 62 Somerset Street and designated on the official tax map of the Borough of Hopewell, Mercer County, New Jersey as Block 18, Lot 1 and Block 12, Lot 7 (the “Property”): GRANTING preliminary and final major site plan approval to Hopewell 57 Urban Renewal Entity LLC (“Applicant”) to allow a redevelopment project of 120 residential rental units, consisting of 78 multi-family rental units within a single four story building, 42 stacked townhouse rental units located in four buildings, a clubhouse building, and utilities and related improvements. The Property is designated as Lot 1 in Block 18 and Lot 7 in Block 12 on the Borough of Hopewell (the “Borough”) tax map, located at 57 Hamilton Avenue and 62 Somerset Street, in the M-F Multi-Family Residential Development zone.
