BID NOTICE The Township Supervisors of the Township of Spring will receive sealed bids for the: SHILOH HILLS PARK – MEADOW MANAGEMENT/HAY PRODUCTION Until 9:00 AM on April 17th, 2026 at the Township of Spring Administration Building, 2850 Windmill Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608, after which they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid forms containing the necessary information and specifications are available at the Parks and Recreation Department, Township of Spring Administration Building, 2850 Windmill Road, Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, 19608, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All bids must be submitted separately, sealed and marked appropriately indicating the item for which the bid is submitted. Bidders are required to provide, as bid guarantee, a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total proposal, made payable to the Township of Spring. The successful bidder shall be required to supply Performance and Payment Bonds as required by law. The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Spring reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid, which, in its judgement, is for the best interests of the Township.
