In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law and the Land Development Ordinance of the Township of Ewing, notice is hereby served upon you to the effect that North American Exim, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the Ewing Township Planning Board as follows: The applicant, North American Exim, LLC (the “Applicant”), has filed an application with the Ewing Township Planning Board (the “Board”) for preliminary and final site plan approval as well as waiver relief, if any, in connection with a property having an address of 1515 Parkway Avenue, known and designated as Block 375, Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 24 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Ewing, Mercer County, New Jersey (the “Property”), situated in the Town Center (“TC”) Zoning District. The owner of the property is 5C Industries, LLC. The Property consists of an approximately 67,750-s.f. parcel developed with a single story storage warehouse. The Applicant proposes to repurpose the facility as a cold food storage warehouse facility for its shrimp import business. The Applicant proposes to partially enclose existing loading and receiving docks, as well as associated improvements including asphalt repair, parking, landscaping, and a screening fence with sliding gates. Lastly, the Applicant requests that the Board grant any additional approvals, permits, variances, interpretations, waivers or exceptions reflected in the plans and materials filed (as same may be amended or revised from time to time without further notice) or determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application(s). This application is now on the Board’s calendar and a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on the evening of Thursday, July 9, 2026 at the Township Municipal Building, 2 Jake Garzio Drive, Ewing Township, NJ, at which time you may appear in person, by agent, or by attorney, to present any objections or comments which you may have to the granting of this application.
