ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Municipality of Norristown for the following project: 129 E. MAIN STREET – HISTORICAL FAÇADE IMPROVEMENTS Norristown, Pennsylvania 19401 Bids will be received at the Norristown Department of Planning & Municipal Development, 235 East Airy Street, Floor 2, Norristown, PA 19401, until Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of exterior masonry repair and maintenance, including but not limited to raking, repointing, and cleaning of all brick masonry elevations, and the repair or replacement of deteriorated or cracked masonry units. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “129 E. Main Street Historical Façade Improvements – Bid Submission” and must include the name and address of the bidder. Contract documents, including drawings and specifications, are available for review at the Norristown Department of Planning & Municipal Development and may be obtained electronically at no cost or in hard copy for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 per set. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, 129 E. Main Street, Norristown, PA, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM. Attendance is required for all prospective bidders. All questions must be submitted via email to Amy Baade at abaade@lga-partners.com with “129 E Main Street” in the subject line no later than April 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM. No questions will be accepted by phone. Bidders must be properly licensed and insured and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
