Sealed proposals shall be submitted and updated online until 11:00 AM prevailing time, on August 3, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. This Request for Proposals is available for inspection at the Public Works Department in Upper Darby Township at 100 Garrett Rd., Upper Darby, PA 19082.
