ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDDERS The Springfield School District, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for General Trades for the following Fleece Reinforced EPDM Roof project to be completed calendar year 2026: Sabold Elementary School Roof Recover and Replacement Project The project is anticipated to start after the school year on June 15, 2026 and be substantially complete on or before August 7, 2026 with final completion within (30) calendar days of substantial completion. Sealed bids for the projects, addressed to Peter Olsen, must be clearly marked on the outside with bidder’s name and name of project bid, and are due at the Springfield School District’s Administration Building, 200 South Rolling Road, Springfield, PA 19064 by 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 8th, 2026. PDF bid documents for the project will be available beginning November 28th, 2025, at Roof Systems Consulting Company, by emailing info@rsc1981.com. All substitution requests must be submitted to the Owner\Architect at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to the attention of Frank Mellor, at fmellor@rsc1981.com. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk Through will be held at 2:00pm on December 17th, 2025 at Sabold Elementary, 468 East Thompson Avenue, Springfield, PA 19064. All bidders are required to have a representative in attendance. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
