You are hereby notified that on January 28, 2026, Plaintiff, Coastline Capital, LLC filed an Ejectment action against you for the property located at 1763 Acorn Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 [Instrument #2025041198]. The Complaint was reinstated on March 27, 2026, in the Court of Common Pleas, Berks County, PA, docketed to NO. 26-00889. The Complaint generally alleges that Coastline Capital is the sole record legal owner of the subject real property, that Stephanie Knouse and potentially others currently reside in the subject real property, and that despite communication by Coastline that Stephanie Knouse and other occupants must immediately vacate the subject real property, Stephanie Knouse and the other occupants have failed and refused to do so, and continue residing in the subject real property. The persons served hereby must plead on or before May 18, 2026, which is thirty days after the date of the last publication of this notice.
