SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Avon Grove Charter School will receive sealed electronic Bids for the Cafeteria and Vocational Building Project located in London Grove Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania via PennBid, no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. All received proposals will be publicly opened and read at Avon Grove Charter School, 110 East State Road, West Grove, PA 19390 at 3:00 PM. Notice is hereby given that the Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to each Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for ALL contracts will be held in person at the Avon Grove Charter School, 110 East State Road, West Grove, PA 19390, at 3:30 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Attendance of all Prime Contract Bidders is mandatory. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction Contract No. 4: Plumbing Construction The Project Architect is Heckendorn Shiles Architects (HSA, 347 E Conestoga Rd, Wayne, PA 19087).
