PennDOT Public Events for US 30 Bypass Reconstruction Program – Western Terminus/Route 10 Project Area PennDOT invites citizens to attend public events regarding the evaluation of revised alternatives for the reconstruction and improvement of the Western Terminus and the US 30 corridor in the vicinity of Route 10 in West Sadsbury and Sadsbury townships, Chester County. The purpose of the meetings is to present and gather public feedback on revised improvement alternatives. A virtual public meeting will be held on November 13, 2025, at 6:00PM, starting with a presentation followed by a question-and-answer period.
